If you have a pulse, you are a huge fan of brownies. Seriously, what isn’t there to like about a thick slab of gooey chocolate and butter? It’s like chocolate cake shrunken down and made even more awesome.
The problem with brownies, though, is twofold: 1. They’re messy, leaving sugary grease on your fingers, and 2. Portion control is next to impossible when you’re armed with an entire pan and a cake knife. Enter brownie pops, a brownie in lollipop form. YUM.
